Terms & Condition
- We accept payment in two Installments (60% advance and balance 40 % before Hosting).Work on service shall commence only after clearance of cashand pay order.
- Website Designing & Development time will be approx 10-15 Days but it depends on your response and functionalities
- Website Content (logo,Images and Description) will be given by client if provided by us will charged.
- Charges of renewal will be decided by management on the time of renewal.
- With client's expectation few designs will be provided after initial discussion.Theme will not be changed once after selection, another theme will be chargeable.
- Designing charges will be applicable after theme selection and/or domain booking, even after cancellation of website deal.
- Project will be delivered after the full payment given by client .
- Hosting side error (if provided by client) due to configuration, It is the responsibility of client.
- Website will be in PHP &Mysql, CodeIgniter and Laravel based (open source).
- Free Support validity 1.5 Months after delivery. During support any technical error will be sorted and no extra module will be added. Extension of support will incur charges.
- During support period all necessary changes must be divided in chunks not single requests and meeting will be entertained.
- The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grants Saurabhdeshmukh the rights to publish and use such material
- The Client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party
